Change as a driving force
Change is a fundamental condition in the world around us and within our organisations. Yet embracing it can still be a challenge.
New requirements continue to emerge, digital opportunities are evolving rapidly – not least through AI – and the need for greater efficiency is becoming increasingly evident. At the same time, many organisations face the challenge of balancing the preservation of what already works with creating the changes needed to keep pace with development.
At the D4 Conference 2026, we focus on what it takes to turn change into progress. We will explore the mechanisms at play when organisations work with change and, importantly, how to create direction, engagement and results throughout the process.
Please note that the presentations will be conducted in Danish.

Choose your tool sessions
At this year’s conference, you will take part in two different tool sessions. In each session, a D4 consultant will share practical tips and tricks for a specific tool in D4InfoNet. When registering for the conference, simply choose the two tool sessions you would like to attend. You can choose between:
Turn your knowledge into shared knowledge
How do you create a platform that is easy to understand, develop and work with – even over time? Get practical tips on documenting your structure, describing workflows and managing changes in a way that strengthens knowledge sharing and makes it easier for both current and new colleagues to navigate the platform.
Strengthen learning – traceable training in practice
How do you ensure that training is documented, traceable and audit ready? Get practical tips on how to work systematically to strengthen learning and test understanding through the distribution of documents across teams, departments and locations.
Equipment and service – an extended form
How do you create a clear overview of your equipment so that servicing, maintenance and documentation are all connected? We take a closer look at how to structure the registration of calibrations, inspections, repairs and other data, making it easy to track the status of any individual equipment and ensure a consistent approach.
Get ready for audit – an extended form
How can you strengthen your auditing processes? Get introduced to the new possibilities offered by the audit form – from structuring audits and assigning responsibilities to gaining an overview of observations and non-conformities, as well as ensuring systematic follow-up so that nothing is overlooked.
