The course gives you both an overview and a practical understanding of how to set up and maintain the platform so it supports your organisation’s needs. You will learn to work with the most important tools and functions, enabling you to create structure and clarity for users – while ensuring efficient and secure administration.

During the course, we will cover, among other things:

• Introduction to D4InfoNet’s structure, interface, and menu layout.
• Functions and sub-menus for central settings.
• Administration tools such as statistics and system lists.
• Setting up roles and permissions – and the benefits of using groups.
• Creating and maintaining users and user groups.
• Creating and structuring manuals and content.
• Administration of D4Dashboards and D4News.

• The course runs from 13:00 to 16:00, including breaks.
