      If you are a new editor in D4InfoNet, this course is an ideal choice. You will receive a comprehensive introduction to D4Handbooks and the opportunities the platform provides in your role as editor.

      Please note that all our courses are conducted in Danish.

      The course gives you both insight into the editorial tools and a practical understanding of how to work with content, documents, and rights in D4InfoNet. You will learn how to create structure, ensure quality, and support the organisation’s needs through effective use of D4Handbooks.

      During the course, we will cover, among other things:

      • Introduction to D4InfoNet and D4Handbooks.
      • Creating and editing chapters.
      • Document management: creation, editing, review, approval, publication, and training.
      • Allocation and administration of document rights.
      • Working with process descriptions and flowcharts.
      • Creation and publication of internal news for the organisation.

      Practical information

      • The course runs from 9:00 to 15:00, including breaks and lunch.

        If you are a new administrator in D4InfoNet, this course is the perfect choice for you. You will receive an introduction to D4InfoNet and gain a fundamental understanding of the platform. We will go through setup, roles and permissions, user management, creating of handbooks, front page management, and news management.

        This course is for new users who wish to learn how to build their own forms. We cover structure, fields, buttons, notifications, lists, and publishing. You will work on practical tasks and follow all steps from concept to testing.

        Form Solutions in D4GenericForms for advanced users (in Danish)

        This course is designed for experienced users with administrator rights who want to learn how to build advanced forms. You will work with advanced form construction, including master forms, datasets, sub-forms, lists, workflows, and email distributions. The course focuses on both structure and functionality.
