Time turns into trees
For each completed session in the user panel, we donate 20 trees.
The trees are planted in Denmark by Klimatræ’s planting partner, Proviido, which has over 40 years of experience in professional forest restoration. A wide variety of native Danish tree species – typically more than 20 different types – are planted to help strengthen biodiversity over time.
Our collaboration with Klimatræ
When you complete a session in the user panel, we order 20 trees through Klimatræ ApS.
You will then receive a certificate from Klimatræ ApS, documenting that your participation has been translated into concrete tree plantings.
The trees are added to a collective pool that Klimatræ builds over time. Once the pool reaches the number required for a specific reforestation project, the planting is scheduled.
In collaboration with a forest manager and the landowner, Klimatræ selects a suitable area for planting. Soil conditions, biodiversity and the long-term development of the area are taken into account.
In this way, your time becomes part of a larger, cohesive nature project.
Why we do it
At D4, we work every day to create structure, clarity, and progress in organisations’ work with management and quality. The user panel is an important part of that development.
At the same time, we care about how our actions extend beyond our own daily work.
From our base in Hillerød, we witness up close how nature can thrive when given space.
Every day, we enjoy the view of the surrounding landscape, transformed from previously barren land with stony soil heaps into an open area filled with native wildflowers, abundant birdlife, and buzzing insects during the summer months.
That transformation has left a lasting impression on us.
For that reason, it makes sense to us that your time not only creates value for our shared work with D4InfoNet, but also contributes to something that continues to grow.
