- Up to eight participants per session
- Training can take place at your premises, at D4, or a combination of both
- Sessions can span several days to ensure everyone gains the necessary knowledge and confidence using D4InfoNet
Ready to use – with ongoing support
After training, you and your colleagues will be ready to start using D4InfoNet. You will always have access to support to ensure the platform continues to support your workflows and helps you achieve your goals.
- Ongoing consultancy: Optional access to consultancy support allows you and your colleagues to call or email a consultant during office hours for help with specific questions in D4InfoNet.
- Extended project consultancy: If you require more comprehensive guidance or wish to further develop the solution, we offer consultancy on a project basis.
Need the solution validated?
If you operate under validation requirements, such as EU-GMP or FDA regulations, we offer a standard validation package. This includes IQ and OQ test protocols, helping you and your colleagues meet documentation and change evaluation requirements.
